Jennie's grandson who lives in Canton, Michigan, gave this card to Esther Van Wicklin. (received from Judy Houston by email, 18 July 2000) R10016 Gilbert Van Wicklin 31 March 1909 in Malahide (Lot 11, Conc. 2) at age 83 y, 6 mo, 7 days. He was b. 22 September 1826. He was single and a farmer. Father was Abram Van Wicklin and mother was Elizabeth Carr. Information on Mary Van Wicklin from Lorine McGinnis Schulze via 11 July 06 email confirms that Mary Van Wicklin was the daughter of David and Christina [Van Slyke] Van Wicklin. Lorine has done extensive research on the Van Slyke family. 30 Oct 2009 email from Dan Earle provides death notice for Abraham Van Wicklin R#19855 Abraham Van Wicklin 29 December 1899 St. Thomas at age 57. |
